COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Base Salary: Up to $354K first year (depending on selected pay model)

- Option #1: $285K guaranteed for 2 years with ability to transition to wRVU model when exceeding targets

- Option #2: $354K guaranteed for 1 year then transition to wRVU production model

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $53000 (approximately 15% of salary)

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $35000 (10% of salary)

Total First-Year Bonus Potential: $50K

Loan Repayment: Up to $200000

Residency Stipend: Up to $25000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10000

Call Pay through CERP program

Malpractice coverage ($2M/$6M)

SCHEDULE:

12-hour shifts (8:00 AM8:00 PM) Day shifts only no nighttime responsibility

67 shifts per two-week pay period

Shared rotating weekends

Consistent predictable schedule

Additional PTO in addition to rotational time off

PTO: 232 hours additional PTO at higher productivity

CME: 5 days $5000 allowance

Retirement: 403(b) with 2% match 457(b) plan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide urgent care services in combined urgent care/family practice setting

Evaluate and treat wide range of acute illnesses and injuries

Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans

See approximately 30 patients per day

Ensure timely accurate documentation

Participate in Antibiotic Stewardship program

Work collaboratively with dedicated nursing support

Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

MD or DO degree

Family Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine or related specialty

Eligible for West Virginia/Ohio medical license

Comfortable in high-volume urgent care setting

Strong clinical decision-making and efficiency skills

Commitment to patient-centered care
