Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / T-LPN)

Location: Moses Lake WA

Duration: 9 Weeks Contract

Shift: Day Shift

Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM SundaySaturday Scheduling

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / T-LPN) for a short-term contract assignment in an assisted living setting. The role involves providing direct patient care assisting with medication administration and supporting the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses
Assess monitor and document patient conditions vital signs and daily progress
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility hygiene and comfort care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records according to facility policies
Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition or concerns
Maintain a clean safe and organized care environment
Follow infection prevention safety and HIPAA guidelines at all times
Support additional nursing and patient care duties as assigned

Requirements:
Active LPN / T-LPN License required
BLS/CPR Certification preferred
Previous experience in assisted living long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical organizational and communication skills required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively required
Compassionate and patient-focused approach required
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts including weekends if needed required
