Job Details
-Location: St. Elizabeth Youngstown
-Average Number of Patients/Day - Admissions: 9-10
-Average Number of Patients/Day - ICU: 10
-Average Number of Patients/Day - ED: 2-5
-Areas of Rounding: All Adult floors
-Will the locum be responsible for supervising other health care providers: No
-Do APPs provide coverage Yes
-Number of ICU Beds: 20
-Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Required Neurology Procedures
-Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
-EEG (Electroencephalogram)
-Brain Death Exam
-EMG (Electromyogram)
-Evoked Potentials
-Dysphagia screening
Required Hospitalist Procedures
-Ventilation Management
-Evaluation and Mgmt of Acute Volume / BP Issues
-EKG Interpretation
Treatments for:
-Autoimmune Encephalitis
-Acute Myasthenia Gravis Exacerbation
-Guillain-Barre Syndrome
-Refractory Epilepsy
-Meningitis
-Headache
-Primary and Secondary Brain Cancers
-Delirium
Estimated credentialing time: 60-90 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
-Lodging: $150/night
Requirement description : Board Certified - REQUIRED
OH License - REQUIRED
BLS ACLS - REQUIRED
COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED - Noted at time of name clear
Flu Vaccine - Required at time of credentialing
Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED

Weekend Requirements : Sunday-Saturday 7AM-7P
On Call Requirements : 7A-7A
