Job Summary

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $200-212.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $Per hour not OT

Holiday $600-637.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Start Date: July 20 2026 (onboarding July 13 week)

Schedule: Tues-Fri for 6 months

Shift time: 0800 - 1630

Setting: Ambulatory Clinic

Duties: Oversee treatments New consults follow ups planning status checks tumor conference participation

Required Procedures: SBRT IMRT 3D SRS

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: 1 RN 4 Radiation Therapists 2 medical physicists and 3 Dosimetrists

Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation
