Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and bulk hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities an existing candidate database and experience in closing positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Helpers Welders Fitters Fabricators Supervisors and Site Workers
* Source candidates through job portals social media references consultants and existing databases
* Maintain and update candidate databases for ongoing manpower requirements
* Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until onboarding
* Manage bulk hiring requirements within deadlines
* Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records
* Support onboarding and joining formalities
Requirements:
* Strong candidate network and sourcing capability
* Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Hindi communication is mandatory
* Experience in consultancy/manpower recruitment will be an added advantage
