Job Summary
EXPECTED END RESULTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. CSI
- Support to enhance Service Quality & F1
- Ensuring Manpower Adequacy & Quality at Dealership
- Upgradation of Technician Skill set for entire Dealer Network
2. NSTEP & New Model Trainings
- Conduct high-impact Training sessions for Dealer Technical staff on NSTEP Curriculum New models & Diagnostic procedures.
- Develop review and refine Technical training curriculum / content to bridge skill gaps identified through Field performance data and F1 results.
3. Training Management
- Manage outsourced Regional trainers towards Technical Training delivery & deploying Skill-up programs across Dealer networks
- Prepare monthly Training Calendar & monitor Trainer utilization as per Organizational KPIs
- Train-The-Trainer & Certification for new Joiner Trainers.
- To review Agency performance & manage regular payments
4. Training Facility
- Oversee the upkeep calibration and inventory management of all training tools diagnostic equipment vehicle mock-ups and training vehicles at Training center.
- To handle Agency PO renewals & manage regular payments pertaining to facility operations
5. GLMS Portal
- Support action towards enhancing GLMS Technical registry for all Technical workforce.
- Training Curriculum & Repository management
6. TSI
To ensure Trainee Satisfaction Index not less than 95% for all types of Training programs
7. Training Reporting
Representing IND Technical reporting at IND & Global forum of NMIPL / AMIO / NML (monthly/quarterly)

BE/Be Tech
With 810 Years of Automotive OEM Experience in Technical Training / Training management
