Junior Project Manager

• Define project plan including scope release deliveries and timeline

• Execute & implement  the project  on time and to the required standards of quality within thebudget and required margin;

• Act as escalation point for delivery operation. Manage project financials and resourcing 

• Lead the team  in a way they are motivated and happy working together and independentlyto get the job done;

• Facilitate workshop and design discussions; Customer and Project Governance meetings

• Organise and oversee the Handover of all completed work as required to Offshore Deliveryand or Customer Support to enable a smooth transition from Implementation to Go Live;

• Identify the Risk  & develop a high-level mitigation strategy 

• Able to track deliverables and achieve timely signoff

Qualifications :

• 7-9 years experience
