This position reports to:

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years experience in the following: Fabrication Assembly operations material handling distribution operations.

• Preferred Qualifications Include: 3 years HSE leadership experience plus a combination of the following (or equivalent): OSHA Authorized 30 Hour Instructor EMT Certification First Responder Certification ASP or CSP designation.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and SAP (preferred).

• Change Management Experience.

• Safety Culture implementation continuous improvement and long-term effectiveness in program.

• Ability to build relationships speak/present effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees comprised of various levels of personnel from senior executives to facility personnel.

• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
