Job Summary

Position Summary:-
Our client is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy development and delivery of AI-enabled capabilities across banking and payments products within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Define and execute AI product vision strategy and roadmaps
Partner across business engineering data science risk compliance and operations teams
Identify and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases based on business value and feasibility
Establish product success metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support responsible AI governance risk management and operational controls
Drive AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across banking and payments platforms

Requirements

10 years of product management technology delivery or digital transformation experience
Strong experience delivering AI machine learning GenAI automation or data-driven products
Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle including deployment monitoring governance and optimization
Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
Ability to translate complex business needs into measurable product outcomes
