Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of the area including labour costs overtime leave contract contribution and overheads
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting income statement verification and PRP sign-offs
- Lead and manage security personnel including supervisors and officers ensuring compliance with PSIRA and labour legislation
- Oversee rosters time & attendance absenteeism and staff deployment
- Maintain high service delivery standards conducting regular client meetings audits and resolving queries
- Ensure security operations comply with site specifications SLAs and PSIRA standards
- Identify and pursue business development and growth opportunities within the area
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and SHEQ requirements
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships including SAPS and regulatory bodies
