We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial base build and fitout projects from inception through to completion. The role will involve managing cost programme quality and risk while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend delivery of commercial base build and fitout projects

• Develop and manage project programmes budgets and cash flows

• Coordinate consultants contractors and suppliers

• Lead project governance reporting and client communication

• Manage procurement strategies and contract administration

• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues

• Ensure compliance with health safety quality and statutory requirements

• Oversee design development and change management processes

• Monitor construction progress and manage defects and handover processes

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 58 years experience in a Project Management role

• Proven experience delivering commercial base build and fitout projects

• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies contracts and project controls

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces

Desirable Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification beneficial

• SACPCMP registration beneficial
