Job Summary

We are expanding our presence in the British Columbia region and are looking for a driven relationship-focused sales professional to help grow the brand and build lasting partnerships across the region.

In this role you will be responsible for growing market share strengthening relationships and driving revenue across your territory. Youll work closely with builders architects and dealer partners while identifying new opportunities to expand distribution.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on products installation and construction standards customer needs and services as well as an understanding of local competitive products.
  • Identify and initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts prospects and industry associations to identify and develop programs projects and opportunities that have potential to generate revenues.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations physical displays and demonstrations for the application of MAC Metal Architectural products.
  • Participate in internal and external events such as trade shows or industry association meetings that promote MAC Metal Architectural in the BC market.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who can successfully balance relationship management with proactive business development a true territory builder who can both maintain strong existing partnerships and drive new business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of sales experience within the building materials or construction industry
  • Experience working with architectural or exterior building products is considered a strong asset
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently manage a territory and consistently drive results
  • Self-motivated with a strategic solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders including dealers contractors and architects

Additional Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout British Columbia and the Northwestern USA
  • Reliable vehicle available for business travel

Additional Information :

Compensation: $70000 - 90000 (base) plus commission and benefits.
