IT Solutions Automation Support

Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is looking for a IT Solutions Automation Support to join our Central IT Solutions team in this role the resource will support the development of AI-driven and automation solutions for laboratory environments helping transform data from scientific systems into actionable insights.

He/She will contribute to structuring laboratory application data supporting AI agent development and enabling predictive analytics use cases (e.g. instrument performance workload trends).

Key Responsabilities:

• Support the development and deployment of AI agents using historical documentation and operational data
• Collect structure and standardize data from laboratory applications (e.g. CDS ELN instruments) for AI/ML readiness
• Contribute to automation and AI projects across European IT organization
• Analyze historical KPI data (e.g. lab system performance downtime ticket trends) and support predictive analytics initiatives
• Assist in governance of IT technologies by supporting review and approval processes for new solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT lab operations vendors) to identify automation opportunities

Qualifications :

• Degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or similar (or final year / recent graduate)
• Initial experience (internship or project work) in: Automation (RPA / scripting) Data handling or analytics AI/ML basics
• Basic understanding of data structures APIs or system integration concepts
• Interest in AI automation and digital transformation in laboratory environments
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in an international environment
