Your Role
As Commercial Manager you will oversee Marinus Links commercial management and governance ensuring that contractual and commercial principles are fully integrated into strategic and operational decision-making. You will lead commercial assurance and performance oversight providing clarity and confidence to executive leadership project teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy Drive commercial governance and strategic decision-making across project delivery.
Functional Excellence Administer ITC and EPC contracts in line with terms obligations and best-practice frameworks.
Monitoring & Reporting Maintain visibility of cost forecasts risk exposure and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Culture & Capability Building Uplift commercial competency and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with project controls procurement finance and external contractors to mitigate risk.
Risk Management Champion early warning and strategic negotiation on claims delays and interface disputes.
Youll Need
You are a proactive strategic leader who excels in connecting commercial intelligence with decision-making and thrives in complex multi-package delivery environments. Youll bring:
Expertise in Commercial Management Extensive experience in major infrastructure projects ideally within ITC/D&C/EPC models.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Proven ability to advise and influence executive leadership and negotiate outcomes.
Technical Capability Strong skills in cost forecasting claims analysis and commercial risk assessment.
Commercial & Regulatory Acumen Deep understanding of contract management principles and compliance frameworks.
Leadership & Culture Building Ability to coach and mentor teams and promote collaborative behaviours.
Problem-Solving & Resilience Skilled at balancing risk and opportunity in high-stakes environments.
