Job Summary

Remuneration: Basic salary: R15000 R20000 dependent on experience Incentive up to R10000

Purpose Of The Job:

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced and passionate Motorcycle Technicians to join a workshop environment focused on delivering exceptional workmanship and technical expertise.
The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing repairing servicing and maintaining motorcycles to the highest industry standards and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Conduct servicing repairs diagnostics and maintenance on motorcycles
Accurately identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
Ensure all repairs and services are completed according to manufacturer and workshop standards
Prepare motorcycles and provide technical support when required
Maintain clean organised and safe workshop practices
Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately
Assist with maintaining workshop efficiency and productivity targets
Uphold high levels of professionalism and customer service
Work collaboratively within the workshop team to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience working in a registered motorcycle workshop
Prior experience with a leading motorcycle brand dealership strongly preferred
Ability and willingness to travel when required
Valid drivers licence essential
Strong technical diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to workshop quality standards
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Monday to Friday: 07:30 17:00
Every second Saturday (mornings)
