About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team supporting a leading online retail client.
You will assist customers with inquiries order-related questions account support and general customer service while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with orders deliveries returns and account-related queries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
