Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts and Accessories Sales Executive to join their dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling motorcycle parts accessories and related products while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This role requires a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual with strong sales ability excellent communication skills attention to detail and a passion for the motorcycle industry.

- Oversee and manage all day-to-day parts / warehouse processes & procedures
- Management of inventory and stock control processes including order planning and placing of orders
- Management and monitoring of all shipment processes (Receiving Shipping Airfreight Distribution)
- Manage all process requirements on Autoline and Systems as well as internal administration procedures
- Manage over-the-counter parts sales and to actively sell and provide skilled technical advice and to follow up on customer orders
- To achieve targets as set by management
- To organise the presentation of accessories in the parts & accessories sales display areas. The display area is always to be stocked and displayed in an attractive manner (no empty hooks or shelves)
- To accurately and properly invoice and receive payment
- To arrange returns of parts in accordance with guidelines (warranty goodwill exchange)
- To provide parts and accessories to the workshop and sales department/s (internal clients)
- To provide Quick Quotations to the sales team and clients on request
- To Upsell parts and accessories to all clients
- Store housekeeping and accuracy of stock in correct bin location and correct quantity
- Adhoc duties as determined by management
- Attendance at monthly meeting
- Matric with Mathematics
- 2-3 years Technical / Parts / Sales experience within the Motor Dealership Industry
- Motorcycle Parts Knowledge Client care Skills
- English and Afrikaans
- Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
- Saturday 08:30 13:00
- Proficient in MS Office MS Outlook (Autoline / Keyloop is advantageous)
- Customer focused with good conversational and questioning skills ability to work in a team internally and externally organisational skills
- Self-confident an ability to cope with stress self-motivated trustworthy reliable objective-oriented working methods accurate keeping deadlines smart appearance
