Job Summary
Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II in Dermatology School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536302)
We now invite applications for the captioned post which focus on Dermatology in the School of Clinical Medicine.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting clinical trials and maintaining effective communication with study participants;
- Assist in data collection and analysis and preparation of reports and manuscripts;
- Providing logistical support for the arrangement of public engagement activities; and
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree with at least one year of relevant work experience preferably in science and health-related disciplines;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese);
- Good organizational and project coordination skills with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Experience and competency in venipuncture (blood taking) and clinical research ispreferred
Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I/ II.
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totaling up to 10% of basic salary.
