Job Summary
A leading Bank with offices in multiple jurisdictions is looking for a Head of Client
Services with a proven track record to join a leading bank in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate with a minimum of 15 years client service experience in
Securities/Custody Cash Fund Administration and Prime Brokerage will be tasked
with managing teams across the banks footprint as well as origination centres.
A client centric individual you will have a detailed understanding of workflows to be
able to review and potentially restructure the client facing teams to include the
possibility of automation of processes/AIand derive critical MIS about client
behaviors.
You will also have experience of dealing with clients and prospective clients at a
senior level including attending sales presentations due diligence vists and being
part of the RFP process.
