Job Summary
Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote (San Antonio TX / Findlay OH Top Priority)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: Video
W2 Contract
- 5 years Scrum Master experience
- Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments (SAFe preferred)
- Oil & Gas industry experience highly preferred
- Proven experience building and scaling teams from scratch
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Exposure to Power BI reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership
- SAFe or CSM certification preferred
- Waterfall experience is a plus
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery execution
- Build and support new Agile teams from the ground up
- Drive Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering product and business teams
- Track delivery progress using Azure DevOps
- Support reporting and visibility using Power BI
