Techno-Functional Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery efforts while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Manage and enhance existing Order Management System (OMS) capabilities including integrations across platforms such as Kibo and Orderful
• Drive end-to-end system integration efforts including Drop Ship functionality and related workflows
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process and system improvements across current technologies
• Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements document workflows and ensure clarity on deliverables
• Build and validate end-to-end scenarios to support system functionality and user experience
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies while also contributing hands-on to delivery problem-solving and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and meet Definition of Done for all deliverables
• Identify risks dependencies and blockers and proactively drive resolution
• Support ongoing system optimization documentation and continuous improvement efforts

• 7 years of experience in Business Analysis Scrum Master or techno-functional roles
• Proven experience working in operations-heavy or system-driven environments
• Strong understanding of OMS platforms system integrations and workflow design
• Experience supporting Kibo Orderful or similar order management/integration tools is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with gap analysis process mapping and requirements documentation
• Ability to operate across both business and technical teams translating requirements into actionable outcomes
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with the ability to go beyond facilitation and drive execution
• Experience supporting drop ship or fulfillment processes is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
