Job Summary

1. Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies to strengthen
brand positioning and drive category growth in the Paints &
Waterproofing domain.
2. Identify market opportunities consumer insights and emerging trends to
support category creation portfolio expansion and business growth.
3. Lead integrated ATL BTL Digital and Retail marketing campaigns to
enhance brand awareness consumer engagement and lead generation.
4. Design and implement effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for
product launches promotions and market activation initiatives.
5. Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive
market penetration dealer engagement and business objectives.
6. Manage digital marketing performance marketing marketing budgets
agencies and campaign ROI through data-driven decision-making.
7. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering
innovation collaboration and customer-centricity.
Desired
Candidate Profile
1. Strategic and consumer-focused marketing professional with strong
experience in brand management category marketing and business
growth.
2. 7 12 years of marketing experience including minimum 2 years of Sales
experience.
3. Prior experience in Paints Building Materials Construction Chemicals
Consumer Durables or allied industries preferred.
4. Strong understanding of consumer behavior channel marketing GTM
strategy and ATL/BTL/Digital marketing initiatives.
5. Strong stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration skills and
willingness to travel as per business requirements.
