Experience :8–15 years of relevant experience in seafood processing or cold storage industry & Strong hands-on experience in ammonia refrigeration systems (mandatory).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead all engineering and maintenance functions in a seafood processing facility. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ammonia refrigeration systems blast freezers tunnel freezers chill rooms and cold storage operations to ensure uninterrupted plant performance safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Oversee operation maintenance and troubleshooting of:
* Ammonia refrigeration systems and ammonia tanks
* Blast freezers
* Tunnel freezers
* Chill rooms and cold storage systems
* Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
* Monitor refrigeration efficiency temperature control and overall system performance.
* Ensure strict safety compliance in handling ammonia refrigeration systems.
* Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities equipment performance and spare parts inventory.
* Supervise maintenance technicians electricians and plant operators.
* Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and industrial safety standards.
* Plan and execute equipment upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.
Requirements
* 8–15 years of relevant experience in seafood processing or cold storage industry.
* Strong hands-on experience in ammonia refrigeration systems (mandatory).
* Expertise in blast freezers tunnel freezers chill rooms compressors condensers and refrigeration controls.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
