Job Summary
Cognita and Alleyns Schools Group Partnership:
Cognita has formed a partnership with the Alleyns Schools Group to establish two leading independent day schools in north London. This pioneering collaboration brings together one of the worlds most influential education groups Cognita which educates over 100000 students across 21 countries and Alleyns south Londons finest co-educational day school and Co-educational School of the Year 2025.
As part of this partnership North Bridge House Regents Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyns schools. Alleyns Regents Park successfully transitioned this September welcoming pupils aged 3-11. Alleyns Hampstead will follow in September 2026 offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2-18 and bringing the distinctive Alleyns ethos of academic excellence creativity and care to north London.
The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Head to join our fantastic team. This is a full-time permanent position starting in September 2026.
About the Role:
As PA to the Headteacher you will provide high-level confidential administrative and organisational support across all aspects of the Headteachers work. You will manage a complex diary coordinate meetings and events and ensure all correspondence and documentation are handled efficiently and professionally. You will take accurate minutes maintain organised records and support the smooth running of school operations.
You will also play a key role in liaising with staff parents and external stakeholders ensuring everyone receives a responsive and professional service. This is a varied and fast-paced role where your organisation discretion and attention to detail will directly contribute to the effectiveness of the schools leadership.

Who We Are Looking For:
You are highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You have strong administrative experience ideally within a school environment and are comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
You communicate clearly and professionally building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You are confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and take pride in producing accurate work. Calm under pressure you are adaptable collaborative and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of support.
