Experience: Minimum 1 year in Gold Loan / BFSI Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role Overview:
The role involves sourcing managing and growing the Gold Loan portfolio through customer acquisition branch walk-ins and relationship management while ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Gold Loan business through branch walk-ins and field sourcing.
Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies (where applicable).
Ensure timely processing documentation and loan disbursal.
Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to audit and compliance norms.
Achieve monthly disbursal and revenue targets.
Support branch operations for Gold Loan-related activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of Gold Loan process and appraisal (preferred).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Ability to handle customers with integrity and build long-term relationships.
