Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the business strategy to increase Life Insurance conversion improve overall profitability and enable agents to cross-sell Life products and upsell General Insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and other intermediaries to increase market penetration and improve sales productivity.
• Drive business growth by planning and executing promotional initiatives including (but not limited to) agency incentives travel incentives channel visits product training and special agency events.
• Work closely with the Customer Services Team to ensure the best-in-class customer services are in place.
• Oversee agents and other intermediaries conduct business activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies directions and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma graduate with professional insurance qualifications in general insurance (ACII or ANZIIF).
• Minimum of 7 years of solid working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua highly preferred.
• Experience in handling multi-distribution channels in particular life agency.
• Solid exposure in developing and underwriting general insurance / employee benefits business.
• Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
