Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managerto join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly profitable and family-friendly agency that values its employees and clients alike. As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will play a critical role in servicing and managing personal lines accounts ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the agencys continued success.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service standard personal lines accounts including quoting servicing and rounding.
- Handle both new and renewal business with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to support the agencys growth and success.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a strong background in quoting servicing and rounding accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Erie or similar captive environments are highly desirable.
