Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Cold calling and business development prospecting clients pitching our services and building a pipeline from scratch
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting shortlists and negotiating offers
- Owning your desk treating your portfolio of clients and candidates like your own mini business
- Hitting and exceeding targets youll know exactly what youre working towards and why it matters
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates that generate repeat business and referrals
- 13 years of recruitment experience (agency-side preferred)
- A hunger for commission that goes beyond just wanting a salary you should be able to tell us exactly what youre aiming to earn
- No fear of the phone cold calling is a core part of this role and you need to enjoy the chase
- Self-motivated and resilient you bounce back fast from rejection and stay focused on the next opportunity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills you can read people and adapt your approach accordingly
- An entrepreneurial mindset you think about your desk like a business owner not an employee
