Job Summary
Recruiting for a resource to support and design develop test implement integrate validate and maintain Artificial Intelligence (AI) technical tools or platforms.
Duties:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Engage with relevant stakeholders to collect analyse and document functional and technical requirements for the proposed AI solutions. - Solution Architecture and Design
Develop the overall system architecture including data architecture integration frameworks and AI model design aligned with ICT and enterprise architecture standards. - Software Development and Testing
Develop AI tools and supporting software components including model development integration services and user interfaces followed by rigorous testing (unit system integration and user acceptance testing). - Computer System Validation (CSV)
Prepare and execute Computer System Validation documentation and activities in compliance with regulatory requirements including validation plans test scripts traceability matrices and validation reports. - User Training and Training Material Development
Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure effective adoption and use of the implemented AI tools by users. - Technical Documentation
Produce detailed technical documentation including user manuals system architecture documentation configuration guides and API documentation. - Ongoing Support and Maintenance
Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting system enhancements prompt re-engineering model monitoring and AI model refinement to ensure sustained performance and accuracy. - Knowledge Transfer
Facilitate structured knowledge transfer to internal ICT team to enable effective system management maintenance and future enhancements.
