Key Responsibilities:
- Capture allocate and reconcile invoice transactions accurately
- Manage debtors and creditors functions
- Oversee operational accounting processes across multiple entities
- Maintain and improve system integrations and automation processes
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Assist in streamlining finance administration processes
- Liaise with operational teams and management regarding financial information
Education:
- Accounting Degree
- SAICA Articles beneficial
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Hospitality industry exposure advantageous
- Strong operational accounting background essential
- Experience working across multiple systems beneficial
- Xero (non-negotiable)
- Mews (advantageous)
- Lightspeed (advantageous)
- Debtors and creditors management
- Reconciliations and allocations
- Systems integration and process optimisation
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
