RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership
- Leading team members to achieve Client Services strategic objectives
- Client Servicing
- Delivering on contracted SLAs
- Decision Making
- Managerial Functions
- Performance Management
- Coaching & Training and Development needs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary financial qualification
- Completion of Regulatory Exam 1
- 8-10 years Client Services Manager / Banking/ Lisp Environment experience
- At least 5 years in management
- Client-focused collaborative and results-driven
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask innovate and thrive under pressure
- Positive enthusiastic and empathetic attitude
