The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a critical enterprise function responsible for how the company plans funds prioritises and executes its most important change initiatives. The EPMO operates at the intersection of strategy finance and delivery ensuring that investment decisions translate into measurable outcomes.
The EPMO is evolving beyond traditional PMO execution to become a data- and platform-led capability. It is building a modern investment operating system that provides transparency from strategy through funding to delivery and value realisation. This includes ownership of portfolio tooling enterprise standards financial traceability and automation.
Role Summary
This role acts as a trusted operational partner to EPMO Operations leadership supporting engagement with the CTTO and enabling leadership to operate with clarity alignment and execution discipline.
The role is responsible for ensuring that leadership priorities are translated into structured actions high-quality outputs and consistent follow-through. This includes managing operating cadence preparing executive-level materials coordinating across stakeholders and maintaining visibility into priorities risks and decisions.
The role ensures that leadership activity is well-structured clearly communicated and executed effectively across stakeholders.
Job Description Summary
Supports EPMO Operations leadership by driving operating cadence preparing executive communications and coordinating inputs across stakeholders. Structures leadership priorities into actionable plans produces high-quality executive-level materials and ensures alignment and follow-through across leadership activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EPMO Operations leadership by structuring priorities into clear actions ownership and timelines
- Manage the leadership operating cadence including preparing for key meetings and tracking actions and follow-ups through to closure
- Develop executive presentations briefings and written communications ensuring accuracy clarity and consistency
- Gather inputs across stakeholders and synthesize into clear structured outputs for leadership use
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and alignment on deliverables
- Maintain a clear view of priorities dependencies and risks and escalate where clarity or action is required
- Drive progress through proactive follow-up and structured engagement particularly where stakeholders have limited availability
- Introduce simple structure and templates to improve consistency in how work is organized and delivered
- Support ad hoc high-priority or sensitive activities with appropriate discretion
Experience & Capability Required
- 68 years experience in business operations PMO operations consulting or similar roles
- Proven experience preparing executive-level materials (presentations briefings structured updates)
- Strong ability to synthesize complex or incomplete inputs into clear structured outputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-ready presentation development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work across stakeholders and maintain momentum without direct authority
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments bringing clarity and structure
- High attention to detail and ability to handle information with professional judgment and discretion
