WHO WE ARE
Innercrowd is a CRM platform built specifically for the event industry. We give events festivals venues and live entertainment companies the tools to manage their communities run ambassador and fan marketing campaigns handle ticketing workflows and drive engagement all from one system. We work with 100 clients including Verknipt Loveland Hangar Kultlab and Par-T and we are expanding fast across Europe.
We are a team of 10 based in The Hague and growing quickly. We are profitable funded and at an inflection point. The product works the customers are there and the challenge is now about telling the world we exist.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Growth Lead to build the engine that takes us from organic word-of-mouth to a category-defining brand in European event marketing. You will be our first dedicated growth hire reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will operate hands-on across the full growth stack: content demand generation outbound systems positioning and partnerships. You have full ownership of the growth of a company that is ready to scale and do work that visibly moves the business.
This is not a marketing role in the traditional sense. We do not need a brand-deck person and we do not need someone who only thinks in CAC/LTV spreadsheets. We need an operator who can write a sharp LinkedIn post on Tuesday ship a Clay-powered outbound sequence on Wednesday and shape our Q4 narrative on Thursday.
WHAT YOULL DO
Sharpen our positioning and narrative around event CRM systems Ambassador Marketing and fan engagement.
Build and run our content engine: LinkedIn (founders and company) long-form case studies and the Innercrowd blog. You will have access to 200 sales call transcripts 100 happy customers and an expert team to mine from day one.
Design and operate our Clay-based outbound system. Our ICP segmentation is already mapped you will turn it into sequences that book meetings for our Account Executives.
Own the demand generation funnel: site landing pages conversion optimization attribution.
Feed market and channel insights back to product and sales. You are our growth brain.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Requirements
5 years in growth demand generation or product marketing with at least one stint at a B2B SaaS company.
A portfolio that proves range: published writing or campaigns you are proud of and systems/funnels you have built and measured.
Comfortable in Clay Hubspot/Pipedrive/Attio GA and attribution tooling but not religious about any of it.
Fluent in English.
Based within commuting distance of The Hague. This is a full-time in-office at a scale-up role.
Nice to have:
Background as a founding marketer or first marketing hire at a B2B SaaS company.
Passionate about the live entertainment festival or events industry.

Base salary 65000 - 80000 depending on experience plus equity participation through our employee stock plan.
