Job Summary
- To ensure that all Operating Hotels are adhering to the guidelines and required Accor Standards
- Responsible to manage rectification works at various Ibis Properties.
- Prepare and propose solution for upkeep of the assets.
- To resolve gaps pertaining to but not limit to leakage seepage water proofing fixing of defects.
- Ensuring expenses for all Hotels remains within approved budgets.
- Assisting management in the Selection of engineering team/ CE in consultation with Director of Design and Technical Services Accor India
- Ensuring that the project handover is seamless and is in accordance with per pre-defined hand over process
- Responsible for FLS guidelines being adopted in all project and Operating Hotels
- Review process profiling for MEP Consultants services for each assigned project
- Assists in input on Engineering designs in the existing properties to meet relevant Brand Standard D&C requirements for each assigned project
- Advises on deliverables for each assigned project specific to Brand Standards and Fire life safety issues
- Coordinates project reporting processes through internal resources and external agencies for timely delivery
- Monitors and reports project activity on designated projects
- Integrates closely with DTS sub departments for necessary ID Design coordination on maintenance projects
- Attends regular site review meetings and property review / inspection.
- Conducts regular liaison with Accor specialist teams including F&B Spa and IT for proper integration.

- Responsible for Hotel levels with P 21 coordinator
- Focus on Fossil Fuels Limited usage/elimination

- All Engineering related compliance like renewal update on new laws and aligning everyone with new laws on Lifts /FLS /Pollution /Hygiene /Building code if any
- Ensuring all Hotels are following updated laws and all hotels are in line with requirement
New Projects:
- Technical design reviews with Accor DTS team.
- FLS / Security / health and hygiene assistance
Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job
- PMC value engineering review and advise as per Brand And Technology Standards
- Ensuring FLS compliance in Project and Operating Hotels
- Ensuring Project completion on Time within area of control
- Ensure Consultants deliver projects as per Brand Standards
- Energy and Maintenance control with rising inflationary pressures
- Sourcing and keeping right people in Operations by providing Training on Accor Engineering Tools and retaining them for broader role
Qualifications :
- Qualified Engineer of Mechanical Electrical or Both with understanding of hotel design fit out and Hotel operations processes
- Ability to interact with owners consultants and building professionals
- Preferably from TS/Consultant/Engineering Project Management/ Operation and Maintenance background
- Understanding of various contract methodologies in India and overseas
- Project and site coordination experience preferred
- Proven Managerial skills in handling multi-task activities
Ability to provide accurate overview analysis in most Indian locations
