The ideal individual would:

• Uphold the Hyundai image by presenting oneself in accordance with the Company and Hyundai brand
• Realize that business is built on Hyundai customer satisfaction and devote oneself to guaranteeing satisfaction to Hyundai customers
• Be able to determine each Hyundai customers vehicle needs by asking questions listening and the ability to select the vehicle that best fits the Hyundai customers needs
• Maintain a relationship with Hyundai customers
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive models and their features and how they compare to any new or used Planet Hyundai vehicles in inventory
• Sell new and used vehicles by using Negotiation-Free method taught by Planet training and development team
