Job Summary

1. Job Description:

Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal/Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media upload

2. Requirements:

Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Good command over verbal & written English language
Prior work experience in a BPO/LPO/Regulatory work Social Media platforms is a plus
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
Mature & analytical
High on teamwork and engagement.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

Average monthly income: - VND (Base salary:VND).
Lunch allowance: 500k. Night shift: 30%. KPI Bonus: 900k - 1.2M.
Holiday pay (x3 x4). 100% salary during probation.

Working Hours: 5 days/week. 24/7 rotational shifts (9h/shift).
Location: Tech Valley District 12 HCMC.
