Job Summary
1. Job Description:
- Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound
- outbound email chat and messaging on various topics such as: modifications
- cancellations complaint.
- Providing accurate valid and complete information by using the right tools methods and
- processes.
- Immediately updating serious cases/inconstant situations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Proactively updating information/knowledge about customer service.
2. Requirements:
- Graduated from High school or equivalent
- English: Writing B1
- Typing speed: fast and accurate (> 80%)
- Ability to handle simple to medium-level situations.
- Proactive attitude; available for night shifts and holidays.
3. Compensation & Benefits:
- Average monthly income:-VND (Base salary:VND).
- Lunch allowance: 500k. Night shift: 30%. KPI Bonus: 900k - 1.2M.
- 100% salary during probation.
- Working Hours: 5 days/week. 24/7 rotational shifts (9h/shift).
- Location: District 12 HCMC.
