We are seeking passionate IT Sales Executives / Account Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are self-motivated service-minded target-oriented and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver IT solutions for government and public sector customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business opportunities within government agencies state enterprises and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders project owners and procurement teams.
- Understand customer business challenges government initiatives and procurement processes to present suitable IT solutions and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation customer meetings proposal preparation bidding/tender coordination negotiation to deal closing.
- Prepare sales presentations proposals TOR-related documents and solution demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including presales engineering delivery and marketing to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.
- Keep up to date with public sector technology trends procurement regulations and digital government initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Business Administration or related fields.
- Junior Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales Account Management Business Development or related roles.
- Senior Level (Account Manager): Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise IT sales preferably within government sector projects System Integration (SI) Infrastructure Cloud Software Solutions or IT Services.
- Experience working with government agencies state enterprises or public sector customers is preferred.
- Familiarity with government procurement or bidding processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Service-minded proactive and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English including written and verbal communication.
