Based in Bangkok this senior leadership position is pivotal for advancing Philips presence in the region requiring a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare strategies and executive-level decision-making.

As a direct report to the Country Leader for Health Systems you will spearhead transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing client relationships maximizing key account potential and delivering sustainable growth. Your expertise in market insights and strategic foresight will be critical to navigating complex business landscapes and aligning our operations with global best practices. This position demands exceptional leadership skills to mentor and inspire teams fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration while ensuring compliance with Philips high standards of integrity.

Your role:
Formulates the future strategic directions within the domain analyses current trends identifies potential opportunities and challenges and develops strategies to drive growth and achieve long-term objectives.

Evaluates the relevance of key accounts for the company by assessing the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities ensuring that each accounts potential is maximized.

Analyses market trends understands customer needs monitors global developments related to key accounts that are crucial for the business evaluates how these changes might affect the companys strategy operations and overall objectives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Executes customized strategic account plans that align precisely with the unique objectives and requirements of each key account ensuring targeted initiatives and actions drive mutual growth and satisfaction.

Addresses and resolves moderate to high-complex issues or conflicts with key accounts promptly ensuring that customer satisfaction remains high and maintaining strong positive relationships.

Acts as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams ensures seamless communication coordinates efforts across departments and delivers tailored solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen business relationships.

Develops builds and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders and manages and oversees the budget for key accounts ensuring financial goals are achieved and resources are allocated efficiently to optimize performance and meet customer needs.

Stays updated on market trends competition technological advancements customer dynamics and societal changes related to key accounts demonstrating a thorough understanding of the companys position and business interests ensuring regular updates to sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPIs.

Ensures full compliance with Philips business processes quality standards and regulatory requirements maintaining the highest levels of business integrity and conduct which safeguards the companys reputation.

Provides guidance mentorship and support to junior professionals nurtures their professional development and facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.

Youre the right fit if:

  • Extensive experience (10 years) in the healthcare industry with proven strategic leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years in senior management.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record of influencing senior-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning market analysis and delivering impactful results. Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market in Thailand is essential.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and thrive in a multinational corporation setting.
