- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
Education:
- CA(SA) preferred / CIMA or equivalent
- 58 years experience with leadership exposure
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Proven track record in building processes and controls
- Experience with audits and funding processes
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Process improvement and control implementation
- Cash flow management
- Resilience under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
