Summary
- A customer Service Representative (CSR) is an individual contributor responsible for providing exceptional service to clients customers by cultivating relationships receiving and processing purchase orders ensuring product availability monitoring delivery dates and resolving order processing issues in a timely manner. They are the primary point of contact for assigned customers for Vallen service offerings pricing scheduling and shipping inquiries. They introduce new products to customers identify upselling opportunities and contribute to identifying customer cost collaboration with Vallens sales/account management teams they may also assist with identifying and soliciting new business opportunities within assigned customer area market or region.
- Hours: Mon- Fri 8 am- 5 pm
- This is an on-site in-person position. Remote work is not an option.

- Experience in customer service is required. Experience is preferred over education.
- Must have compute skills (Word Excel Email) will be used daily. Need to be able to learn new computer systems easily.
- Must communicate well over email and phone
- Will help customers with orders quotes tracking and any related issues
- Will work on a team with other CSRs
- May go into plant area to discuss customer questions with Encon associates.
- Mechanical/technical knowledge helpful but not required.
- Encon will provide training on its ERP system.
