Handle customer complaints related to forklifts and material handling equipment.

Visit customer sites for issue analysis and root cause identification.

Coordinate with QA Service and Dealer teams for issue resolution.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using quality tools like 8D 5 Why CAPA etc.

Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Support customer relationship management through timely issue resolution.
-
Ensure dealer PDI and quality compliance.

Conduct joint audits with service teams to evaluate improvement effectiveness.

Provide field quality insights and updates to internal teams.
