Job Summary

Education: Bachelors in IT / CS/ Engineering

Role: IT Project Manager / Program Manager

Experience:- 12 Years

Establish govern and continuously improve project management standards frameworks tools and governance across the organization.

Define and maintain project management methodologies templates policies and SOPs.
Standardize project lifecycle management across business units.
Maintain enterprise project portfolio dashboard.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value and risk.
Track project health dependencies milestones and escalations.
Conduct project audits and health checks.
Manage PM tools such as Jira MS Project Smartsheet etc.
Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Coach project managers on PM methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
Partner with leadership PMs business teams IT Finance and Operations.
Lead PM maturity assessments and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have Strong understanding of Project Mgt. methodologies and should possess
