What is this role
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Expert to act as a trusted guide for our clients. You will help them understand how to use Microsofts new AI tools (like Copilot and Azure OpenAI) to work faster and smarter. You will be both a teacher (showing them whats possible) and a builder (helping them set up the technical foundation).
Your Main Responsibilities

You will help them understand how to use Microsofts new AI tools (like Copilot and Azure OpenAI) to work faster and smarter. You will be both a teacher (showing them whats possible) and a builder (helping them set up the technical foundation).
Your Main Responsibilities
- Be the Expert: Stay up-to-date on all Microsoft Copilot features and explain them to customers in simple terms.
- Create a Plan: Help businesses figure out where AI can help them the most and create a roadmap for using it safely.
- Technical Guide: Provide the blueprints for connecting Copilot to other systems like Microsoft 365 GitHub Azure and Dynamics 365.
- Custom Building: Help design and review custom AI tools using Copilot Studio and APIs.
- Security & Safety: Make sure the AI follows company rules and keeps private data secure (Governance).
- Workshops: Lead training sessions and technical briefings to help customer teams get comfortable with AI.
- Deep Microsoft Knowledge: You should know the ins and outs of M365 Copilot GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Azure AI Skills: Experience working with Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services.
- Cloud Background: A strong understanding of how Microsoft 365 and Azure work together.
- Safe AI: You understand how to keep AI systems secure and compliant with enterprise rules.
- Communication: You can talk comfortably with both deep-tech engineers and company executives.
- Experience in high-level Microsoft roles (like PFE FastTrack or Advisory).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph Power Platform or API integrations.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering (how to talk to AI to get the best results).
- Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI or M365 (e.g. AI-900 PL-600).
