About the UNIT/ Unit Overview	Simulation Interior Airbags and Cockpit
Location	Pune/ Bangalore
Experience:	Prio 1: Airbag Deployment Simulation LS Dyna explicit (CPM & CPG) Interaction of cushions with surrounding components (dashboard headliner trim parts) Inflator characteristics Validation of FE models Prio 2: BMW Processes CAE Bench 2 FDM/Blue Diamond Prio 3: Interior Modeling and Engineering Experience

What awaits you/ Job Profile	We are supporting the RfQ process of airbags by simulating the components and technical concepts offered by the suppliers. Your contribution is to provide an early qualification of the airbag system e.g. regarding: - inflator characteristics - cushion volume - airbag deployment and positioning - impactor test - restraint performance You implement the airbag models into a virtual test environment simulate the load cases and evaluate the results.
What should you bring along	A structured systematic way of working curiosity and the drive to continuously improve existing approaches
Must have technical skill	- FE simulation in LS Dyna - FE simulation of airbags - Pre- and Postprocessing skills (ANSA Animator)
Good to have Technical skills
