Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor (Services) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for supervising engineering services and maintenance activities to ensure safe reliable and efficient operation of infrastructure and equipment.

Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor (Services) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for supervising engineering services and maintenance activities to ensure safe reliable and efficient operation of infrastructure and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on infrastructure utilities and mobile equipment.
- Plan and oversee preventative and breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment and infrastructure availability.
- Manage contractors resources work allocation and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety legal and operational standards and procedures.
- Support budgeting cost control and spares management within the section.
- Coordinate onboarding and maintenance administration for equipment and infrastructure assets.
- Lead and develop maintenance teams through training supervision and performance management.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid Trade Test Certificate
- 10 years relevant experience in the maintenance of general mine infrastructure trackless mobile machinery dewatering pumps lighting plants and associated equipment
- 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry
- Extensive knowledge of RCFA CMMS RCM ICAM
- Ability to assess performance identify training needs and implement development plans.
- Valid Drivers License
