Job Summary
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering services at a highly regulated manufacturing site. This senior role is responsible for ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of all utilities facilities and production equipment driving optimal efficiency compliance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee utilities facilities and production equipment to ensure operational continuity and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Lead preventive predictive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Manage capital projects facility upgrades and equipment installations.
- Drive compliance with ISO and quality systems.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team with succession planning.
- Manage budgets contractors and suppliers while ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Requirements:
- BSc Engineering / BTech / National Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical).
- GCC (Government Certificate of Competence) mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Management or MBA advantageous.
- 10 years progressive engineering experience with 5 years in senior management within pharmaceutical FMCG or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of facilities utilities equipment reliability and compliance systems.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and capital projects
