Purpose of the role:

This role involves working closely with data owners and the Operations Systems Manager to implement a Group Identified project aimed at standardizing routes and costing across multiple EMEA sites. Daily activities include data preparation evaluation and collaboration to meet key deliverables

What youll do

Data Analysis & Costing: Analyse engineering production and operational data to develop and maintain accurate costing models. Interpret routing and process data to identify standardisation opportunities and inefficiencies. Validate cost drivers labour times machine rates and material usage data.

Standardisation & Process Improvement: Develop document and maintain standard routing structures aligned with engineering and operational best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities through data insights. Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across systems and reports.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Prepare clear analytical reports dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations. Support audits reviews and management queries related to costing and routing data.

What youll bring

Must-haves:

• BSc. or . degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Theory of Constraints.
• Minimum 7 years experience in data preparation and evaluation.
• Project experience will be advantageous.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
• Experience working on multi-site standardization projects.
