Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves creating advanced technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. This role requires translating complex system requirements into detailed design specifications ensuring that the solutions align with project goals and client needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and innovation fostering collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software products that meet emerging market demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design and development efforts.- Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications to relevant stakeholders.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.- Strong analytical skills to interpret system requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive functional test cases.- Ability to identify gaps in requirements and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve testing challenges effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
