We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with 7 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend expertise in Java and Spring technologies along with frontend experience in Angular or React. The role requires technical leadership solution design capability and team coordination skills for large-scale enterprise applications.

• Lead end-to-end full stack application development projects.
• Design scalable secure and high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build modern UI applications using Angular or React.
• Lead technical discussions architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide development teams on best coding practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects QA and DevOps teams.
• Ensure application performance security scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices within the development lifecycle.

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Java 8 concepts.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Spring Boot
  • Spring MVC
  • Spring Security
  • Hibernate/JPA
  • Microservices Architecture
• Frontend expertise in:
  • Angular 10 or ReactJS
  • HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases:
  • Oracle
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Git
  • Maven/Gradle
• Strong debugging performance tuning and optimization skills.
• Experience leading development teams and handling client interactions.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with SonarQube Jenkins and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled applications or GenAI integrations is an added advantage.

• BE/ or equivalent qualification.

This role demonstrates strong compatibility with AI-driven enterprise systems due to expertise in scalable microservices API integrations cloud-native deployment and modern application architecture. Candidates with AI/ML integration or GenAI-based enterprise application exposure will have a strong advantage.
